You can add your My Biz Email email account to any Android device using the built-in Gmail app or any third-party email app that supports IMAP. This guide covers both options.
What You Need
- A My Biz Email — Free unlimited business email hosting for your business. Sign up now with at least one custom domain email address
- Your full My Biz Email email address (e.g.
john@yourdomain.com) - Your My Biz Email account password

Setup Using the Gmail App
- Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left, then scroll down and tap Settings.
- Tap Add account.
- Tap Other (not Google or Outlook).
- Enter your full email address and tap Next.
- Select Personal (IMAP) as the account type.
- Enter your password and tap Next.
- On the incoming server screen, enter:
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your password

993 - Security type: SSL/TLS
- Tap Next. On the outgoing server screen, enter:
- SMTP server:

587 - Security type: STARTTLS
- Require sign-in: Yes

- Tap Next, then set your account preferences and tap Next again to finish.
Setup Using Samsung Email or Other Apps
The steps are similar across most Android email apps:
- Open the email app and go to Settings > Add account.
- Choose Other or IMAP as the account type.
- Enter your email address and password.
- When prompted for server details, use the settings from the table above.
Troubleshooting
- Login failed: Your username must be your full email address, not just the part before the @.
- Cannot connect to incoming server: Confirm the server is
mymail.76ds.hostand port is993with SSL/TLS. - Cannot send email: Make sure SMTP is set to port
587with STARTTLS and authentication is required. - Certificate error: Check that the server hostname has no extra spaces or characters.
